Peptalk Privacy Choices

Privacy choices for local memory, account sign-in, backend processing, and support requests.

Local Memory

By default, Peptalk stores durable memory and chat history locally on your device. You can use Memory Wipe in Peptalk settings to clear Peptalk's local profile, peptide, dose, schedule, source, and safety-event memory and chat history on that device. You can also uninstall Peptalk to remove local app data from the device.

Cloud Backup

Cloud backup is off unless you turn it on in Settings while signed in. If it is on, a snapshot of journal and chat history is stored for that Peptalk account in Supabase via the Peptalk AWS gateway. Restoring that snapshot on another phone also turns backup on for that phone. Memory Wipe deletes the cloud copy when backup is on. Sign-out does not erase local memory.

AI/Data Consent

Chat and guided research require AI/Data Consent before Peptalk sends your message, guided research answers, or relevant Peptalk memory to the backend and third-party AI providers. If you do not want that processing, do not accept the consent screen or do not use chat and guided research features.

Account

You can sign out from the account section in Peptalk settings. Sign-out does not automatically delete local memory from your device.

Deletion Requests

To request deletion of information you have sent to us outside the local app, contact namjustin148@gmail.com. We may need information from you to locate account, support, payment, or operational records that can reasonably be associated with your request.
